I commented on Atwood's purpose on multiple occasions so I think I did a decent job of displaying my understanding of themes and central ideas. The show follows four young women as they navigate life with all of its romance, family conflict, and friendships. This show is recommended by Lady Macbeth because of its focus on womanhood and the ability of women to show that they're as capable as men. She enjoys the focus on independence for women, especially during a period in which they were expected to stay subservient to men, as it's something she values herself. American Horror Story American Horror Story is a show whose seasons are all unique, dark, and mysterious. Lady Macbeth recommends Season 3- Coven- in particular because of its supernatural element.
